Panera Bread Submits Site Plan to City of Palm Coast
Construction is planned to begin around September 1st with an aggressive three month build schedule.
Palm Coast, FL – August 30, 2011 – Palm Coast’s long-awaited Panera Bread bakery-café is one step closer to realization. A site plan has been submitted to the City of Palm Coast. Since most of the site plan elements were hammered out with the city prior to the April land purchase, only minor adjustments are expected. I’m told that the commencement of construction is planned for October 1st with an aggressive three month build schedule.
The new bakery-café will be on SR 100 in Town Center near the Hilton Garden Inn.
Panera Bread & others
I do hope this goes through. Coming from Atlanta, I’m use to having quality chains everywhere. Here our Palm Coast chains are probably the worst of the bunch. I’ve eaten at our Olive Garden once and that was enough for me. Big mistake not getting Carrabas here a few years ago. Still wish we had one. I have eaten at thos all around the SE and they are consistant in their quality of food, and also do a good job in the bar. Boy I miss them.
Building Permit
As of today 9/26 no application for a permit has been made. Is there a problem?

I don’t think there is a problem. If you master the art of procrastination, you don’t have to master anything else.
