Palm Coast, FL – October 11, 2010 – It’s going to be a whale of an event! The City of Palm Coast, along with partner WNZF/Beach Radio, will be cooking up Flagler’s First Annual Seafood Festival to be held in Central Park in Town Center on Saturday, November 6 from noon to 10:00 p.m. and Sunday, November 7 from noon to 6:00 p.m.
Delicious cuisine from favorite seafood restaurants will draw thousands of visitors on both days, with local eateries offering some of their most scrumptious seafood. First, season this weekend extravaganza with continuing live musical entertainment, highlighted by Saturday Night’s ‘Rockin’ Oldies Under the Stars’ (decades of country/rock). Next, stir in a midway full of Kids Carnival rides, car show, boat races on the lake and Hell’s Kitchen Winner Danny Veltri’s cooking demonstrations. Fold in a K9 Frisbee dog exhibition, art show, and the National Association of Crab Racing’s hermit crab races . . .and you’ve got the makings of a fabulous festival!
Admission to the Seafood Festival is $3 for adults and free for children under 12. Food and Kids Carnival tickets cost $1 each. Food vendor booths and exhibitor tables for all local businesses are available for both days. Please participate and help to make this first seafood event a huge success! $3 for entry, but then what ??
Thanks for the notice,Toby.
Three dollars is a bargain! What’s the cost for the different vendors’ tasty offerings? Is it included in the $3 or will it be extra at each vendor? If it’s the latter, will they have arrangements to get a ticket for, say, 3 vendors for $X or 5 vendors for $Y ?
Just curious. Thanks.
