Cobblestone Village – medical
Florida Hospital Flagler broke ground on its 34,000 square foot, two-story medical building in Cobblestone village. For permitting purposes, the construction cost is $6,000,000. Permitting and impact fees paid total $210,739.70. (more)
The Conservatory
An investor has paid $96,000 for 8 lots in Ginn-developed communities in Palm Coast. The bulk purchase was from BB&T who had taken possession of the lots via foreclosure. Seven of the lots were in the Conservatory and one in Yacht Harbor Village. (story)
Hammock Beach
The Hammock Beach Discovery Center was foreclosed. (story) The property has reportedly been sold via auction on Auction.com for $1,530,000. The buyer reportedly purchased the note, not the real estate.
ATT
GoToby.com has received several inquiries about construction along SR 100 in front of Target and just west of McDonald’s. The permit is for a 4,500 square foot commercial building for AT&T; presumably a cell phone store. $26,803.38 has been paid to Palm Coast in impact and other fees.
Toby Tobin’s House

Apparently the buyer ran into difficulties converting Belarus currency into enough dollars and withdrew from the contract. The contract contained no contingencies once the inspection was completed. The buyer forfeited her escrow deposit.
