Panera Bread, Grand Club, Seagate, Grand Haven and more

Palm Coast, FL – November 8, 2011Miscellaneous real estate news tidbits for Palm Coast, FL.

Panera Bread
The City of Palm Coast has issued the Development Order for the upcoming Panera Bread to be located on SR 100 near the award-winning Hilton Garden Inn. The developer and city have worked together extensively on the site plan and design, so once the developer returns the signed Development Order, site preparation and building permits should not be far behind.
Grand Club
GoToby.com has learned that the prospective buyers of the Grand Club (Pine Lakes, Cypress Knoll, and the closed Matanzas courses) have told staff to expect a change of ownership effective soon. Reportedly, the closing is scheduled for November 17th with the new owners taking over operation on November 18th.
I’m told that they plan to open only the practice facility at Matanzas for now.  Opening the course again is "in the future." In the meantime, adjacent property owners won’t be able to say they have a home on the golf course, but will be able to boast a "home on the range."
New gas golf carts will reportedly replace the existing electric carts.
