Rod Kimberly, our local Rutenberg builder, is unveiling Hidden Hammock, a new 8-lot Intracoastal community off A1A south of the toll bridge. The gated entrance opens to a 750′ long driveway leading through a conservation area to the home sites. Six of the lots have Intracoastal frontage.
Lots will be offered in the $225K to $259K range. Homes must have at least 2,300 square feet of living area. The exterior will be stucco with cement tile roofs or Hardie Board with metal roofs. Ten Rutenberg models fit within these architectural standards. Each home will have brick paver driveways. The Intracoastal frontage will have a seawall. A shared dock will be built between each pair of lots, allowing each lot owner to add additional construction to their respective side.
The Grand Opening will be this Saturday, July 28, from 10 A.M. to 4 P.M. Take A1A south from the toll bridge and watch for the event on your right. Luxury Team of Florida will handle sales for Hidden Hammock.

Toby Tobin

At the urging of many people active in the community, I’ve thrown my hat into the ring for the Palm Coast City Council seat being vacated by Frank Meeker, who will be running for a Flagler County Board of Commissioners seat in the upcoming election.  The remaining four council members; Jon Netts, Bill McGuire, Jason DeLorenzo and Bill Lewis will appoint the person who will serve out the two-year balance of Meeker’s term.  If you would like to see me appointed to the council, please mention your preference to the council members.
