New Owner of Palm Coast’s Palm Harbor Plaza Improving Property
The tired Palm Harbor Plaza has a new owner. Upgrades will likely include a remodeled Publix.
Palm Coast, FL – November 23, 2009 – Palm Coast’s Palm Harbor Plaza has a new owner; Chicago-based Inland Group. Palm Coast’s first shopping center had begun to look tired of late. Inland plans to update the real estate. Extensive landscaping improvements are already evident. Anchor tenant Publix has submitted a remodeling plan for their existing space to Inland .
Inland’s purchase was part of a portfolio acquisition of commercial real estate which closed in April ’09. No purchase price was disclosed. Jerry Masiello, Watson Realty, has been named leasing agent for the Plaza
