Seems there could be some coordination of timing in the lane closures on the Palm Coast Pkwy. And the reopening of Matanzas Parkway. Everyone is taking the Palm Coast Parkway Detour the only alternate route from Matanzas to Anything East of 95. Couldn’t it have waited until Matanzas Parkway reopens August 9? This is a huge inconvenience to me as a business owner and the residents .
