January stats – apparently, the trend of recent months is continuing with the greatest level of activity on both ends of the price spectrum.
174 SFR homes sold – at a median price of $369,995. DOM was 63. Last January, 163 SFR homes were sold at a median price of $377,500. Homes sold up 6.7%. Median price down 2%. Total sales down 7.7%
10 homes have been sold for $250K or less, 4 for cash, and a DOM of 6
7 homes have been sold for $1M+ with DOM = 31. Six were cash sales.
1,195 homes are listed with MLS vs 1,292 a year ago
324 homes are pending vs 273 last year
Permits – 110, down from 163
