March 7, 2026 – PALM COAST, Fla. – The Jan – Feb 2026 housing market wrap-up for Flagler/Palm Coast is here. It is a year-over-year comparison of local housing market statistics for January, February, and the year-to-date. The interactive maps below show the location, sale date, selling price, price per square foot, and living square feet for single-family home sales in Flagler County reported through the Flagler County MLS.
The numbers show that for the first two months of 2026, home sales are up 14.9%, while median prices have softened slightly by 1.3%.
The active Days On Market for the two ends of the pricing spectrum continues to indicate a strong market at both ends. These two segments also have a high percentage of cash sales.
