Island Walk at Palm Coast Tenant List is Fleshing Out

PALM COAST, FL – May 31, 2015 – Construction at Island Walk at Palm Coast is moving along at a healthy clip.  Billed as a Major Power Center Redevelopment, the project is more than a makeover of the Palm Harbor Shopping Center, Palm Coast’s first full scale shopping center.  Most of the square footage in Island Walk will be new construction.  The remaining buildings will have new facades and new interiors.

Island Walk is owned and is being developed by Branch Properties LLC.

Salsa’s restaurant will be relocating into larger space within the new construction.  Thai By Thai will be occupying the space vacated by Salsa’s.  The Chase building (OP 1) and out parcel 2 (OP 2) have yet to be permitted.  These two out parcels will be built on either side of the new Island Walk entrance off Palm Coast Pkwy.  Mattress One is going into the former Blockbuster building.  Anchor A and Anchor B are within the former Bealls.

Additional lease committments may have been made, but tenants names cannot be released due to non-disclosure agreements.

You err in stating that the UPS Store is returning. It, along with Eyeglass Express and Coast Dental NEVER LEFT.

    National Stores

I’ve been hearing rumors that national name brand stores, I.e. Best Buy and Bed Bath and Beyond are coming to the shopping center. In fact, the mayor touted in an earlier article that he was expecting several national name brand stores coming to the shopping center. Is this still the case?
