Palml Coast, FL – September 6, 2011 – Homebuilders, developers, Realtors®, and others tied to Palm Coast’s real estate market have been active recently. Here are a few making the news:
ICI Homes
ICI Homes’ Valverde model home at Plantation Bay has been honored as the “Showcase Home” for the 2012 Volusia Home Builders Association’s Parade of Homes scheduled from March 24 through April 8 next year.
The Valverde model home offers a one-story design with four bedrooms and two-and-a-half baths in more than 3,000 square feet of living space and features an open floor plan, a grand foyer and gallery, a huge kitchen designed and equipped for entertaining, a spacious great room, and a special master suite.
ICI Homes will build the 2012 Parade of Homes Showcase Home at Woodbridge Estates at Plantation Bay Golf and Country Club in Ormond Beach.
Florida Realtors®
Florida Realtors® Awards $5K Scholarships to three Florida College-bound Students. The students’ winning essays were written on the topic “How Does a Realtor Professional Benefit the Community?”
The state winners are Mary Ruth Traver of Ave Maria, a 2011 graduate of Rhodora J. Donahue Academy; Jillian Rossi of New Port Richey, a 2011 graduate of Clearwater Central Catholic High School; and Allison Tate-Cortese of Winter Springs, a 2011 graduate of Oviedo High School.
