He Ate the HOLE Thing – Another Dunkin’ Donuts for Palm Coast

And Epic Theatres is under construction but without adjoining retail space.

Palm Coast, FL – October 5, 2009 – The Landing at Palm Coast Town Center will likely be adding another building soon. The developer is seeking permission from the City of Palm Coast and the St. Johns Water Management District to re-plat the southeast corner of the project to accommodate a 7,500 SF building. The first tenant will be Dunkin’ Donuts, occupying about 1,700 SF. A drive-through and outside eating area are planned. Dunkin’ Donuts will occupy the westerly portion of the building.
Elsewhere in Town Center construction of the Epic movie theater is underway but it will not initially include the retail space from the original plans. The theater itself will be the same size but the additional retail space will be built later. The change in plans will require Epic to modify the front elevation and front site plan.
