    Not a legitimate survey

    This list looks like paid advertising to me since a good number of these communities are in foreclosure, have no homes built, or are in severely challenged locations. I wouldn’t give this survey any "weight" at all.

    I agree, the study is of dubious credibility, but I published it because Hammock Dunes has weathered the financial storm, including WCI’s bankruptcy, better than most communities. It’s a feel good article with merit.
