’s Toby Tobin Launches Weekly Radio Broadcast

Real Estate Matters, a weekly half-hour radio show co-hosted by Toby and Watson Realty’s David Alfin, launched July 6 on WNZF. If you missed it, you can listen here.

Palm Coast, FL – July 9, 2014 –’s Toby Tobin and co-host David Alfin from Watson Realty launched Real Estate Matters, a half-hour weekly radio show July 6th. The inaugural show featured a discussion of flipping, flippers and real estate investments in general. If you missed it, you can listen here.

Real Estate Matters is broadcast on WNZF News Radio, 1550 AM and 106.3 FM, every Sunday at 9:00 A.M. It’s also available anywhere in the world streaming live at Past shows can be found on or at’s show archives listed under Real Estate Matters.

The new show will feature discussions of Palm Coast and Flagler County real estate but also real estate in general. Frequent expert guests are planned. Of course politics will be in the mix as well, since we all know that politics and real estate bump up against each other frequently.

Next Sunday's show (July 13th) will focus on downsizing.
