Ginn Sells Two Tower Condos at the Ginn Tournament and has Contracts out for Signatures on Two More
This is the reason Ginn sponsors the event
March 29, 2008 – Palm Coast, FL – Cloudless skies, a refreshing sea breeze, and great golf at The Ocean Course at Hammock Beach. It was another day like those we have grown to expect on a regular basis in Palm Coast, Florida. It’s only when I think back on my Rochester, NY upbringing (199 cloudy days per year) that I realize how special a day like today is. It was also the second day of the Ginn Championship on the PGA Champions Tour at Bobby Ginn’s Ocean Course at Hammock Beach.

The perfect day ended with a Smokey Robinson concert for Ginn Club members under a clear sky at The Conservatory. The concert celebrated the opening of The Conservatory’s new multi-million dollar clubhouse. Bobby spoke to the crowd, welcoming them to the event. He did not announce details of the One Club as had been anticipated, but he did urge members to keep in touch with their Ginn representatives in the near future for information.
It was a good day for Palm Coast too. A U.S. Census Bureau report named Palm Coast as the fastest growing city in the U.S. (7.2%) between July ’06 and July ’07. I had a chance to speak with Tom Cooley (Enterprise Flagler) and Cornelia Manfre (Prudential CRES) who also heads up the Flagler Commercial Realtor®‘s group. They talked about how excited they were that Sea Ray Boats recently chose to expand their Flagler County plant as part of a company restructuring. About 150 Sea Ray employees will be relocating to our area soon. Tom, Cornelia, and the Flagler County School District will be coordinating efforts to welcome the new residents and help them settle in. One idea discussed was to have a special "open house" day.
The number of Flagler County single-family homes listed in MLS remains under 2200 while the number of pending sales rose to 272, much more than double the number of only a few months ago.
Back to the grind of another day reporting from the Ginn Championship at The Ocean Course at Hammock Beach.
Interesting!
Interesting how only the Ginn \\\”good\\\” news finds you. How about all the other issues in The Bahamas, SC, NC and FL that you do not provide?
Who in the world would spend that kind of $$$$ on any Ginn property unless they have not done any research or homework????
