Foreclosure Sale: 89 Flagler County Properties Scheduled for September Sales

Many property owners will preempt the scheduled sale via a short sale, refinancing, deed in lieu, or loan modification.

Palm Coast, FL – August 16, 2011 – The Flagler County Clerk of Courts lists 89 properties on its September foreclosure sale schedule. Many property owners will preempt the scheduled sale via a short sale, refinancing, deed in lieu, or loan modification. Lenders can withdraw the property at any time prior to the sale. There were 50 properties sold at forclosure auction in July. There were 49 in June.
Sales are held at the Flagler County Clerk of Courts’ office at 11:00 A.M.
