Flagler Parade of Homes Off to a Good Start
Showcase home is sold the first day of this year’s Parade of Homes.
Palm Coast, FL – March 20, 2011 – The Flagler County Palm Coast Home Builders Association kicked off its 2011 Parade of Homes yesterday. If the first day is an indication, this year’s event will be a great success. CBV Resort Homes reported over 200 visitors to its 3,892 SF Showcase Home in Cinnamon Beach. More impressive is the fact that the home was also sold.
FHBA is celebrating its 27th anniversary this year in Flagler County and is proud to present the highest quality builders and contractors offering a wide variety of housing options with many exciting new innovations and designs! There are 12 homes plus 3 virtual homes in the 2011 parade, which continues through April 3rd. It was indeed a great start to the Parade Event !
Selling the Showcase Home, along with our sister company, Cinnamon Beach Realty,signing a sales contract for a home in Hammock Dunes and a vacant lot in Cinnamon Beach…..made for a fantastic day !
CBV was also proud to sign a new custom project in Ocean Hammock to round out the afternoon.
