Wellington developer Glenn Straub and his company, Palm Beach Polo Holdings, were found not guilty Thursday in a criminal trial over allegations that he violated federal wetlands laws. Straub purchased Tesoro, a Bobby Ginn developed luxury golf community in Port St. Lucie, FL at a foreclosure auction.
