Crescent Resources Golf Courses: Grand Club, Winding River, Osprey Cove Followup

The Tennessee group that earlier had three Crescent Resources Golf Clubs under contract is still trying to work it out.

Palm Coast, FL – December 1, 2010 – A source close to Osprey Cove tells GoToby.com that the Tennessee group that once had three Crescent Resources Golf Clubs under contract has not gone away. My source says the group is still in play as a potential buyer for Osprey Cove, Winding River, and the Grand Club. However, the three clubs remain listed as available on commercial broker CB Richard Ellis’ website.
Coincidentally, I heard that a group of California investors was in town to take a close look at the Grand Haven Golf Club today. Grand Haven and the Grand Club (three courses, one of them closed) are located in Palm Coast, FL. Osprey Cove is in St. Marys, Georgia and Winding River in Camden County, Georgia.
Crescent Resources recently emerged from Chapter 11 bankruptcy and is in the process of shedding Florida and Georgia assets.
