Crescent Resources Golf Courses Back on the Market Again

Palm Coast, FL – June 1, 2011 – Crescent Resources’ attempt to sell its Florida and Georgia golf courses has suffered another setback. Not for the first time, a pending sales contract for golf courses at Grand Haven, Grand Club, South Hampton, North Hampton, and Osprey Cove failed to complete. The properties are back on the market again. Crescent emerged from chapter 11 bankruptcy last year.
