Former Flagler County Sheriff joins Nowell & Associates
Palm Coast, Florida – February 6, 2009 – Attorney Jim Manfre has joined the practice of Nowell & Associates in an “of counsel” position. Manfre served Flagler County citizens as sheriff from 2000 to 2004. Less familiar to local residents is his experience as an Assistant District Attorney for Suffolk County, New York, a county of 1.5 million people.Since his graduation in 1983 from St. John’s University School of Law with a Juris Doctorate, Manfre’s extensive private legal practice has been focused on corporate law and real estate development. He has in-depth experience in municipal government relations, county, circuit and federal court mediation, and in the creation of corporations and partnerships for real estate development and construction.
