Building Permit Issued for New CVS Pharmacy in Palm Coast
The new building will be sited towards the back of the parcel, preserving the large trees that dominate the corner of Old Kings Road and Palm Coast Pkwy.
Palm Coast, FL – August 20, 2010 – The City of Palm Coast issued a building permit yesterday for the construction of the new CVS Pharmacy. The new pharmacy will have drive through service. It will be constructed at the southeast corner of Palm Coast Pkwy and Old Kings Road. The site was formerly occupied by the iconic Blue Roof real estate sales building which was recently demolished.
The site plan indicates the 12,900 square foot building will be sited towards the back of the parcel, preserving the large trees that dominate the corner. Impact and building department fees paid to date total $58,139.28.
