Nine-foot ceilings, GE stainless appliances, porcelain tile (entry, kitchen, laundry, sunroom, and baths) crown molding, ceiling fans and designer faucets and lighting are standard. Like most all condominium\\\\\\’s they start out great with a reasonable condo fee, then wham they hit you after they become owner occupied with a new condo fee that may double or triple! Believe me I know I lived it! Buyer Beware!

In my opinion Brookhaven looks like rows of Doctor\\\\\\’s offices. I think for a townhouse, they are extremly over priced in today\\\\\\’s market. You can purchase a single family home with your own pool in your own backyard for much less than the cost of one of these townhoues. I understand they are for the person that does not want to maintain the yard, etc. but at this price, you can afford a single family home plus a gardner!
