    Just wait

Like most all condominium\\\\\\’s they start out great with a reasonable condo fee, then wham they hit you after they become owner occupied with a new condo fee that may double or triple! Believe me I know I lived it! Buyer Beware!

    Pricey

In my opinion Brookhaven looks like rows of Doctor\\\\\\’s offices. I think for a townhouse, they are extremly over priced in today\\\\\\’s market. You can purchase a single family home with your own pool in your own backyard for much less than the cost of one of these townhoues. I understand they are for the person that does not want to maintain the yard, etc. but at this price, you can afford a single family home plus a gardner!
