PALM COAST, Fla. – January 30, 2016 – Commercial permitting is picking up steam locally. This is welcome news after the dearth of commercial building construction recently. There were only two commercial new building permits issued by Palm Coast during the second half of 2015.
Here’s a summary of more recent activity.
Dimare Construction pulled a permit January 7 for construction of a 13,795 square foot Early Learning Center at Christ The King Evangelical Lutheran Church. The contractor stated value of the project is $1,387,000.
Kohl’s interior alteration permit issued to N-Store Services January 21. Stated value $40,000.
Publix (former Albertsons) 4950 Belle Terre Pkwy. Interior remodel. Permit issued December 1 to McIntyre Elwell/Strammer General Contractors. Stated value $1,700,000.
80 Pinnacles Dr., Building B, Suite 1000 – “Dialysis Home Care Training Facility” Issued to Sharp General Contractors. Stated value $399,937.
234 Central Avenue (Town Center next to Publix plaza) – Site development for “Palm Coast Plaza” issued to Savitara January 13. Stated value $110,000.
515 Palm Coast Pkwy – #6 interior buildout, “Florida Autism Center” Issued to M L Underwood Construction November 24. Stated value $187,000.
145 City Place – “Portuguese Consulate” – interior buildout. Issued to Amaral Custom Homes October 1. Stated value $80,000.
