Palm Coast Builder Marv Howell Retires
Howell Homes, Inc. will become part of Charles Rinek Construction.
Palm Coast, Florida – December 1, 2008 – Marv Howell, one of Flagler County’s most respected builders has retired. Howell Homes, Inc. has been assumed by Charles Rinek Construction. Rinek has taken over Howell’s model in Grand Landings. Rinek is now represented as a feature builder in Grand Haven, Wild Oaks, and Grand Landings as well as 16 additional communities within a two-county area.
The popular home designs previously offered by Howell are now available through Rinek. Rinek will be assisting Howell’s past clients as necessary with warranty claims, routine maintenance issues, and advice. Rinek and Howell stress that even clients with expired warranties will be assisted, stating that all clients, new or old, are important.
You got what you paid for,from Marv
The Phoenix model he built for us is now 8 years old and we have had no problems at all. The Howell homes demand top dollar for resale, just as they did when they were built.

We had Marv and his company build a house for us in Grand Haven! We were so impressed with everyone (staff). It was a wonderful experience for us. Loved his homes
After looking at numerous model homes from the many builders here in Palm Coast, we thought Marv was the best. I never heard anybody talk bad about him or the houses he built.
Great Builder:
I really enjoyed working with Marv as a sub contractor and will miss all of his staff. I hope that Charles Rinek can hit the road running with selling Marvs models but Charles can sometimes be difficult to deal with for sub contractors. He needs to find loyalty like Marv has had for years and he can do very well with Howell Homes models.

Could not ask for more
Marc was wonderful to work with. I was at the site every day.From clearing the land to every singe phase of construction till the house was ready to move in. If I seen anything that I thought was not right all I had to do was speak to Marv and he took care of it. How many bulilders would you be able to speak directly to the owner? Not many. During construction me and my wife were always adding things to the home. One call to Marv and it was done. When we sold the house there was a bidding war and we made out very well. Well over our asking price. That speaks of the attention to detail in construction of the home
