Grand Haven Realty
Grand Haven Realty continues to see positive sales activity in 2011, reporting 64 sales to date. Grand Haven Realty is the exclusive on-site real estate company at Grand Haven. Outside real estate offices are active within the master planned gated community. There are 63 single-family Grand Haven homes currently listed for sale in MLS; 23 listed by Grand Haven Realty. Grand Haven Realty has 43 of 110 Grand Haven lot listings.
Flagler Home Builders Association
New FHBA members in the recent month include Advanta Clean, Architectural Woodworking, ServPro of Flagler County, Associated Mirror and Shelving, and Pool Captain Corp.
SeaGate Homes
SeaGate Homes has applied for a construction permit for The San Marcos, a roomy 3,100-square-foot, two-story spec home in the seaside community of Seagrove on Anastasia Island off of State Road A1A, St. Augustine Beach. The San Marcos will have three bedrooms, 3½ bathrooms, and a loft, as well as a den/home office/fourth bedroom, with all three bedrooms having their own bathroom.
