Flagler County November Foreclosure Sale Schedule

List includes Conservatory lots, condos, and several homes including one on Island Estates.

Palm Coast, FL – October 31, 2009 – The list of Palm Coast and Flagler County properties scheduled to be sold at foreclosure sales during November illustrate how much the low end of the market is dominated by distressed properties. Fifty-eight percent of single-family homes sold through MLS in Flagler County in October were either lender-owned (through foreclosure) or short sales. Short sale properties often are already in the foreclosure process.
Following is the November foreclosure sale schedule. For each property, the list provides the address, the type of property, and the 2009 assessed market value from the Property Appraisers website. Remember, the 2009 assessed value is based on 2008 property sales prices, not 2009 sale prices. Current prices are likely to be lower.
Foreclosure sales are held at 11:00 a.m. at the Clerk of Courts office. At any time before the sale, properties may be removed from the sale schedule.
