Company was terminated as a designated foreclosure counsel due to investigation by Florida Attorney General over robo-signers.
Palm Coast, FL – November 3, 2010 – Both Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac have dropped Florida foreclosure mill law firm David J Stern PA. Stern handled thousands of foreclosure cases for the two agencies. Recent disclosures of improper document handling have come to light. The law firm is one of four under investigation by the Florida Attorney General. Work has begun to remove thousands of files from Stern’s offices. The cases will be redistributed to other local firms.

And pray tell what other Crooks will end up with the files. Better do a better jib trying to find an honest Firm and not simply another one who is "owed" something or pays the largets kickbacks and bribes.
