Preliminary: Flagler County and Palm Coast April Home Sales
I expect additional reporting for April, but the numbers already look really good. Gross sales for single-family homes is the highest since mid-2006.
Palm Coast, FL – May 4, 2015 – As usual, some late reporting is still coming in. Even with additional MLS sales likely to be posted, April’s Flagler County housing market looks like it’s on a roll. Non-distressed sales now dominate the market, making up fully 87.8% of the total gross sales dollars for single-family homes. Gross sales for single-family homes is the highest since mid-2006.Here’s a quick snapshot of some other numbers.
