Flagler County October 2011 Foreclosure Auction Results

There were 84 Certificates of Title issued during the month. In most cases, the lender took back the foreclosed property but a handful of investors are watching for good investments too.

Palm Coast, FL – November 7, 2011 – The Flagler County Clerk’s office was busy with foreclosure auctions during October. There were 84 Certificates of Title issued during the month compared with 14 in September and 141 in August. Lenders typically do not waste much time selling REO (lender-owned) properties once they have taken posession. Thus a healthy crop of Certificates of Title usually leads to an increase in REO sales during the following few months.
