$2M Grand Club Deed Recorded

Matanzas Woods Golf Course - 18th hole - par 5Palm Coast, FL – November 29 – The deed for the sale of The Grand Club was recorded at the Flagler County Clerk of Courts office November 22. It indicates a sale price of $2,000,000 for the three courses comprising The Grand Club; Cypress Knoll, Pine Lakes, and the closed Matanzas Woods. The purchaser is listed as Golf Group of Palm Coast LLC.

The Grand Club had been offered for sale for $2,200,000 by Crescent Resources. Several rumored earlier contracts failed to complete.

After emerging from Chapter 11 bankruptcy, the down-sized Crescent Resources has been selling off assets not alligned with company goals, including several golf course properties in Florida and Georgia. Crescent also owns the Grand Haven Golf Club in Palm Coast, which is reportedly under contract with a closing iminent.
