June 7, 2018 — ATTOM Data Solutions' Q1 2018 U.S. Home Flipping Report finds that 48,457 U.S. single-family homes and condos were flipped in the first quarter of 2018 – a 4 percent drop quarter-to-quarter and 3 percent drop year-to-year.
June 8, 2018 – While the Flagler School District’s bus replacement program remains behind schedule for lack of funds, the District sits on valuable real estate, hoping that its value will rise.
June 5, 2018 — The City of Palm Coast Public Works Department will be closing eastbound Palm Coast Parkway – from Clubhouse Drive to Colbert Lane – from 8 to 10 a.m. Wednesday, June 6, to allow crews to remove a hazardous tree.

May 22, 2018 – In a May 16th meeting, Palm Coast’s Planning and Land Development Regulation Board (PLDRB) approved a development order for the construction of The Azure of Palm Coast, an 80-unit, 99-bed Adult Living Facility (ALF).

The applicant and property owner is MPC Lots LLC. MPC Lots LLC shares the same corporate address as homebuilder ICI.
April 2, 2018 – In the 1985 case Johnson v. Davis, the Florida Supreme Court ruled that a home seller who knows of facts that materially affect the property's value that aren't readily observable and known to a buyer has a duty to disclose them to the buyer. This is the law in Florida today.
