Known locally as the real estate guru, Toby Tobin has been widely quoted in major publications: the NY Times, the Washington Post (Sunday front-page lead story), the Denver Post, the Philadelphia Magazine, Links Magazine, Golf Digest, and Denver’s 5280 Magazine. Toby is a contributing writer for the Palm Coast Observer. He has hosted a weekly radio show, “Real Estate Matters,” on WNZF News Radio for over ten years.

A licensed Realtor® associated with Landmark Group at Compass, Toby is active in the Flagler Association of Realtors®. He is a member of the Flagler Homebuilders Association, a former board member, and President of the Tidelands Condominium Association. He served 12 years on the Flagler County Value Adjustment Board. He was a long-term member of Rotary International and a Paul Harris Fellow (+2) and serves on the Board of Trustees of the Hammock Community Church. Toby attended Cornell University and is a graduate of the University of Rochester.
