Marina del Palma to be Featured Community in 25th Annual Flagler Parade of Homes

In its 25th year, the Flagler Home Builders Association’s Parade of Homes takes place March 23-31 to offer area developers and builders the chance to show off their efforts and attract new home buyers

Marina del PalmaPALM COAST, FL – March 4, 2019 – Ken Belshe, senior sales director for SunBelt Land Management, is pleased to announce the company's Marina del Palma Yacht Club development will be the featured residential community in the upcoming Flagler Parade of Homes.

Now in its 25th year, the Flagler Home Builders Association's Parade of Homes will take place March 23-31 to offer area developers and builders the chance to show off their efforts and attract new home buyers.

"This year is an excellent opportunity to celebrate the Flagler HBA's 25th Parade of Homes while showcasing the future of our community and all it has to offer its residents," said Belshe. "We are looking forward to greeting visitors throughout the Parade to provide property tours and highlight the incredible amenities at Marina del Palma."

Located in Palm Coast, Marina del Palma Yacht Club is being developed on Colbert Lane, approximately a mile and a half north of Highway 100. Upon completion, the 113-acre community will feature 154 single-family home sites plus amenities. Plans include a gated entryway, a 3,700-ft. dockside clubhouse with a resort-style pool, a secure boat storage building with 154 slips allowing for boats up to 30 feet in length, as well as a traditional marina containing 83 wet slips.


Throughout the Parade of Homes, the Marina del Palma team will be on site from 9 a.m. until 6 p.m. to provide tours on the weekends and there will be a tent and food and beverages from local food trucks.
