Workshop for City of Palm Coast Housing Rehab Program Set for Nov. 8

The City of Palm Coast will hold a workshop about housing rehabilitation opportunities for qualified individuals who want to repair and upgrade their homes.

PALM COAST, FL –  October 29, 2018 ​– The City of Palm Coast will hold a workshop about housing rehabilitation opportunities for qualified individuals who want to repair and upgrade their homes.

The workshop at 1:30 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 8, will provide information as to how the public can qualify for this program. It will be held at Palm Coast City Hall, in the Community Wing, 160 Lake Ave.

The workshop will open a 30-day application period for the program. The workshop will be an excellent opportunity for single-family homeowners to learn about how to apply for these funds.

To qualify, residents must be homeowners, and the home must be their primary residence. The owner must not be delinquent in his/her mortgage payment and must meet income guidelines. For example, a family of four must make less than $47,000 in order to qualify.
