December 19, 2006 - Update - The Ginn Company's purchase of the Centex Destination Properties (CDP) assets continues to be a story of interest, not only in Palm Coast, Flagler County, but anywhere either Bobby Ginn or CDP have properties. While the due diligence process continues on the other CDP assets, the Ocean Hammock Golf Club and the Palm Coast Resort properties, and presumably the Palm Harbor Golf Course, are expected to close this Friday, December 22nd.
Imagine the job the lawyers are facing. Aside from the usual financial due diligence, the contracts between CDP and each of the effected customers must be examined to determine the exposure Ginn faces regarding committments to club memberships and amenity access. Click for the original story.
