Tidelands
Tidelands is a Palm Coast, Florida Intracoastal residential community consisting of condominiums and homes. Developed by Centex Destination Properties, Tidelands was once rumored to be purchased by the Ginn Company. Since then, Ginn did purchase the Ocean Hammock Golf Club and Inn from CDP, but any additional purchases of Centex properties is either off or on hold. As part of the Ocean Hammock deal, Centex received 1000 memberships to Ginn's Hammock Beach Club and 250 memberships to Ginn Golf Courses - Ocean Hammock and the Conservatory. Centex is using these memberships to complete it's amentiy package for both Tidelands and Palm Coast Resort.
