The Conservatory at Hammock Beach

Conservatroy Golf CourseThe Conservatory at Hammock Beach is currently ready to build. There are four builder models completed and another lot is under construction.  337 home sites were sold in 2005 with prices starting at $329.9K. It is a gated, private community with homes nestled along a golf course designed by Tom Watson as well as a nature preserve. The focal point of the community is the one-of-a-kind clubhouse with a nature conservatory encased in glass. Homes will reflect the Spanish Renaissance style found throughout North Florida's coastal towns such as St. Augustine.

Conservatory Golf Course ClubhouseThe private Tom Watson course hosted an event on the PGA Fall Tour in 2008. Membership is open to property owners in any Flagler County Ginn development. Due to the results of the recession, recallable memberships have been made available to non-property owners.

There are currently only four builder models and one private home in the Conservatory. Approximately 150 lots have been affected by foreclosure. Lot prices have dropped to the high teens and low twenties.
