Yacht Harbor Village

Yacht Harbor Village is located on 76 acres on the east side of the Intracoastal Waterway just north of the Hammock Dunes bridge. Yacht Harbor Village has 184 home sites located either on the Intracoastal Waterway, the marina, or the canal. The marina has 249 boat slips. A planned full service marina and Ship's Store remain unbuilt. Some home sites have their own boat slips. Other property owners may join the Hammock Beach Yacht Club, provided them with use of a slip. Property owners may also opt to join the Club at Hammock Beach and the Golf Course at The Conservatory.

Also within the Yacht Harbor Village is Admirals' Cove, an 88 unit condominium fronting the Intracoastal Waterway.

The Yacht Harbor Village was hard hit by the real estate bust, but it shares amenity and club facilities with the successful Hammock Beach Resort. Both building lots and condominiums within Yacht Harbor Village are available at a fraction of the prices paid by original owners. While risk is inherent in many master planned communities, especially those that have yet to build out, values abound in this project.
