Tuscoma

May 29, 2007 - Tuscoma is a 200 single family residential development located on the east side of Old Kings Road just north of the old Leheigh railroad and Hidden Lakes development. Tuscoma is being developed by Applied Building Development, an Orlando based developer. The site is comprised of 5 parcels totaling 233.45 acres. ABD purchased the property, which had already been entitled for development, from Water Oaks of PC Investors LLC and US1 LLC in January 2006. The development was previously know as Water Oaks.

According to a source at ABD will be the builder/developer. They will be marketing and building executive homes on lots of approximately one acre each. The model home plans are being selected. Construction will probably begin late in 2007. Much of the site development work has been completed. ABD has several communities in the Orlando area. Tuscoma represents their first expansion beyond that area.
