Toscana
Toscana is a 200 single family residential development located on the east side of Old Kings Road just north of the old Lehigh railroad and Hidden Lakes development. Toscana is being developed by Applied Building Development, an Orlando based developer. The site is comprised of 5 parcels totaling 233.45 acres. ABD purchased the property, which had already been entitled for development, from Water Oaks of PC Investors LLC and US1 LLC in January 2006. The development was previously known as Water Oaks.
ABD is marketing and building executive and estate homes on lots of approximately one acre each. There are four Executive plans and nine Estate plans from which to choose. Floor plans range from 2,600 to over 5,000 square feet with three to six bedrooms.
ABD has several communities in the Orlando area. Tuscana represents their first expansion beyond that area.
