Tidelands

Tidelands is a Palm Coast, Florida Intracoastal residential community consisting of condominiums and homes. With gated access, Tidelands was developed by Centex Destination Properties, which has since been absorbed by Pulte Homes. 252 condominiums were completed before Centex suspended work on the project when the real estate market collapsed. After languishing for a few years under declining prices driven by individual foreclosures and delinquent assessments, the community is rebounding, with over 30 condominium units sold through the first 8 months of 2011.

Amenities include a clubhouse, fitness center, two swimming pools, tennis courts, and a walking trail.
