Seagate Homes, headquartered in Palm Coast, is one of the largest privately owned home building companies in the region. Founded in 1993 by JohnGazzoli, a former real estate development executive with ITT, Seagate has become one of the area’s largest “On Your Lot” builders as well as developing its own communities offering a variety of homes designs and lifestyles throughout Northeast Florida. Seagate is emerging from the Great Recession in better shape than other local developers. It maintains its the strongest local homebuilder.
