August 3, 2007 - Already under construction, this retail development is scheduled to be completed in early 2008. It's located on the northeast corner of Palm Coast Parkway SW at Corporate Drive. Roma Court features 88 spaces of underground parking and 187 spaces above ground. The complex will include grand stairways as well as elevators and 55,000 square feet of retail, restaurant, and office space on two floors.
