Sale of Palm Coast Lots as reported to the Flagler County Board of Realtors®. Palm Coast Lots are the 40,000 lots averaging 10,000 square feet, platted by ITT when Palm Coast was planned in 1969. There are approximately 10,000 lots on which homes have yet to be built. The sales price is not reported until the transaction closes. The sales contract (price agreement) predates the closing date, usually by 45 - 60 days. Therefore there is a lag between the sale date and the data represented here.
