The latest Palm Coast Holdings (Allete Properties) development to surface is Ormond Crossings. Located astride Interstate 95 and the Flagler/Volusia county line, Ormond Crossings is a Master Development Plan for a 5,850 acre project. The property has 1.5 miles of frontage along both sides of Interstate 95 and over 2 miles of frontage along the Florida East Coast Railroad. It is located in the southeast quadrant (East Parcel) and southwest quadrant (West Parcel) of the Interstate 95 at US Rt 1 interchange.
The Conceptual Plan shows the following land use entitlements:
- Residential - 4,200 units
- Retail Commercial - 900,000 sf
- Office - 1,000,000 sf
- Business/Flex - 800,000 sf
- Industrial - 1,000,000 sf
- Warehouse/Distribution - 1,100,000 sf
- Institutional - 250,000 sf
The plan also envisions an architecturally attractive overpass, connecting the East and West Parcels.
