 The Preserve - CondominiumsThe Preserve is being developed on the west side of Colbert Lane just north of SR100 by The Trio Group. When complete, it will consist of 160 Condominium units on 23 acres. As of August '08, site preparation work is complete. Further development awaits a turnaround in market conditions. The Trio Group is offering four floor plans from the high $300's.
