Lowe Destination Development (LDD)

Lowe Destination Development (LDD) has planned and developed luxury resorts as well as hotel, residential, and golf course communities across the United States. An affiliate of Lowe Enterprises, a leading national real estate firm with more than $8.5 billion in real estate assets nationwide, LDD continues to build upon the thirty-years-strong Lowe legacy of excellence in the real estate industry.

Lowe has a long history in Palm Coast, developing several properties including Grand Haven (now being developed by LandMar), Ocean Hammock, and the Ocean Hammock Golf Club (sold to Centex and now owned by The Ginn Company). At one time, Lowe also owned and operated Cypress Knolls, Pine Lakes, Matanzas Woods, and Palm Harbor golf courses, as well as the Palm Coast Resort. Lowe will soon be developing Palm Coast’s newest master planned resort-style community, Sawmill Creek. This project, originally scheduled to be out of the ground beginning in 2009 has been delayed due to market conditions. Although delayed, Lowe's plans for this project remain unchanged.
