Hidden Lakes
Hidden Lakes is a Planned Unit Development (PUD) of approximately 375 single family residential homes on the east side of Old Kings Road just north of the canal/railway. Developed by Paytas Homes, Hidden Lakes is conveniently located near the south entrance to Town Center at Palm Coast. As of May 1, 2007, one model had been constructed, another is on the way out of the ground and three contract homes are permitted. The entire project will be built in three phases.
Hidden Lakes homes range from the high $200k to over $400K. Community residents will share a pool, playground, and nature trail.
