The Gardens at Hammock Beach
The Gardens at Hammock Beach is planned and approved for 453 residential units and 230,694 SF of Commercial space on 2000 acres located in the southern part of Flagler County along John Anderson Rd. It is bordered on the east by the Atlantic Intracoastal Waterway and the west by Bulow Creek. When completed, The Gardens will rival Ginn's other developments and will feature a Fred Couples Signature Golf Course and:

Due to the decline in the market and the resulting Ginn Company financial problems, this project has been put on indefinite hold. Only 14 lots sold at the sales launch. The Gardens will likely be reconfigured for future release without a golf course and perhaps with larger lots.
