Grand Landings
Grand Landings is a LandMar project situated on the south side of the Flagler County Airport, west of Interstate 95 and south of SR 100. Landmar plans a residential community with a "world class" tennis facility. The tennis complex will be included in the pool of amenities know as The Grand Club. Residents of all Landmar communities can belong to the set of amenities they choose.
November 1, 2006 - LandMar Group LLC announced its plans for Grand Landings, a new 1,500-acre master-planned club community featuring more than 340 acres of heavily wooded preservation areas the company has dedicated as nature preserves and donated to the County. Residents will enjoy a spectacular natural setting and a wealth of amenities at the new club community, from a championship tennis center with 11 planned courts including a stadium court with spectator seating, to croquet, boccie, volleyball, basketball, soccer, swimming, parks and trails. The focal point of the tennis center will be the Grand Landings Tennis Club featuring an impressive recreation room, sports pub and indoor/outdoor bar, state-of-the-art culinary kitchen, fitness center, activity rooms, and men’s and women’s locker rooms. LandMar also has plans in the works for a Pilot’s Club where flight enthusiasts and all Grand Landings residents can exchange hangar talk and relax in the lounge while overlooking the nearby Flagler County Airport.
Half of the land will be set aside as nature preserves and wetland areas. These natural features combined with the nearly 50 lakes create a tranquil lifestyle for future Grand Landings residents. Virtually every home site will back up to a nature preserve or lake, providing privacy and scenic views.
Powers Design Architects will serve as the development’s architect and land planner, Environmental Resource Solutions Inc. has been recruited as the environmental consultant and a number of renowned homebuilders will showcase their latest designs at Grand Landings, which will have approximately 749 homes. The builders for Grand Landings are Howell Homes, Town & Country, and patio homes by Seagate Homes. Home buyers will have a wide array of new single-family home offerings from which to choose, including quaint patio homes, luxury villas and custom homes on estate-sized homesites. Buyers will have the opportunity to select plans offered or custom design their own home with one of the preferred builders.
Residents of Grand Landings will have the opportunity to become members of The Grand Club, LandMar and Hampton Golf’s elite golf and amenity club, featuring three golf courses designed by Arnold Palmer and Gary Player and managed by Hampton Golf. Grand Landings is located 2.6 miles west of Interstate 95 on Seminole Woods Boulevard south of State Road 100. The community has proximity to nearby shopping, including the
<Town Center> in Palm Coast and is convenient to the Flagler County Airport. LandMar also envisions a portion of Grand Landings as a fly-in community with taxiways from the adjacent airport to individual homes.
